Job Description:
- Japanese level: At least Business
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering leader or team lead
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in Java and 3 years experience with the Spring Boot Framework
- Proficiency in designing Web APIs and database schemas
English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
