Job Details
── Mission ──
To meet job seekers from the same hometown working in Japan, find them suitable jobs, and support them until they receive a job offer. Changing jobs in Japan is not easy, even for Japanese people. This is especially true for foreign talent who don't have anyone to consult with in their native language. You will support each individual's career from start to finish, from connecting with job seekers on social media, conducting interviews, proposing to companies, following up on the selection process, and securing job offers. This is a job that translation apps cannot do. Because you come from the same country and have worked in Japan in the same way, job seekers can speak honestly with you based on your language and experience. That trust creates a good match.
