Overseas Manufacturing Assembly Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the manufacturing, processing, and assembly department at our Indonesian factory. The role involves managing productivity, quality improvement activities, and local staff training. Candidates will undergo 1-3 months of OJT in Japan before being stationed in Indonesia.

Required Skills

【Main Responsibilities】
● Overall manufacturing management of the SMT mounting department or assembly/processing department
● Efforts to improve overall factory productivity/operational efficiency/improvement activities for quality enhancement
● Recruitment, training, and management of local staff
● Assisting the factory manager with overall factory operations
● Dealing with clients
【OJT Training】
After joining the company, you will receive on-the-job training at one of our domestic factories (Takamatsu or Matsuyama). The training period is approximately 1 to 3 months, depending on your skills, experience, and proficiency.
【Organizational Structure】
The Indonesian factory has approximately 1,000 employees. The reporting line is to the Indonesian factory president (Japanese) and managing director (Japanese).

Indonesia Ejip Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, INDONESIA. *Depending on your experience, you may be selected for a different factory.

【Job Requirements】
[Required Qualifications]
* Experience in assembly and processing of printed circuit board assemblies
[Preferred Qualifications]
* Experience in factory management
* Experience working overseas (long-term business trips or overseas assignments)
* Language skills (English, Indonesian, etc.)
【Language Proficiency】
* English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
* Japanese Level: Native Level
* Indonesian Level: Business Conversation Level
【Salary Structure】
* Includes overseas assignment allowance; no overtime pay as this is a managerial position.
* Bonus: Twice a year (July and December).
