Robot UI Engineer

### Job Responsibilities - Select GUI architecture and technology stack based on specification requirements. - Design and implement applications using Flutter, etc., based on design (Figma, etc.). - Propose UI/UX improvements and continuously refine for improved usability. ### Working Hours - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) - Flexible working hours ### Job Requirements - 1+ years of experience developing front-end Flutter applications or similar experience. - Experience in team development using Git/GitHub. ### Preferred Skills - Experience developing web/Linux applications. - Experience developing UIs for embedded devices (automotive, home appliances, etc.). - Experience designing and developing systems using REST API/gRPC, etc. - Experience designing specifications across front-end and back-end. ### Desired Profile - Ability to chart a course toward a goal and see it through to completion. - Ability to communicate openly and engage the entire company. - Ability to possess one's own expertise while respecting and being interested in other and new fields. - Ability to document knowledge gained through work. - Positive-minded and able to enjoy the growth process unique to a venture company. ### Language Requirements - English Level: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2) ### Benefits - Complete social insurance coverage - Rent subsidy - Commuting allowance - Holidays: Two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), Summer vacation, Winter vacation, Paid vacation, Parental leave (127 days of annual holidays).
