Job Description As a Sales Channel Development and Product Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks depending on your experience and skills. [Specific Job Responsibilities] ◇ Sales Channel Development: Focusing on Asia (China, South Korea, Vietnam, etc.), you will develop new partner companies (based on quality and price) and identify new products to market in Japan. ◇ Product Planning and Development: Based on market research and analysis, you will formulate a clear product concept, plan functions, specifications, pricing, and promotions, and collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to be involved in product development. *Regarding product planning, you will start by assisting the main person in charge and gradually learn to work independently, so prior experience is not required. ■ Business Trips Depending on the situation, you may be required to travel overseas once or twice a year for research activities, including attending overseas trade shows. ■Organizational Structure: Total of 3 people (1 manager, 2 members) ■Department Mission: This is a product planning and marketing team that focuses on discovering new partner companies, primarily overseas, gathering information to develop new products based on overseas products, and then planning and developing products based on that information.
