Job Description We are looking for someone to handle PR/promotion-related tasks at our company, which develops popular cosmetics brands such as "Heroine Make" and "Heavy Rotation." Currently, as part of our global business expansion strategy, we are strengthening our presence in the North American market. You will be responsible for the entire process, from developing communication strategies to planning, executing, managing, and evaluating specific promotional measures, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and acquiring fans in the North American market. This is a highly rewarding position where you will be a key member in developing a new market. [Specific Job Responsibilities] * Planning and managing annual communication strategies in coordination with product development and sales departments. * Producing advertising videos and visuals in collaboration with agencies or independently. * Creating in-house content for social media and implementing influencer and media (magazine, etc.) tie-ups. * Creating product releases and securing exposure through media relations. * You will work in collaboration with the product planning department and agencies. [Preferred Qualifications] * Communication experience in North America. * Experience working in social media and influencer marketing at an advertising agency. * Planner experience at a digital advertising agency (strategic planning, not media planning). * Experience working for a cosmetics manufacturer.
