Job Details
Job Description: [Management Position] We operate 15 McDonald's restaurants in Osaka City, Sakai City, and Matsubara City. We have approximately 1,000 crew members, and your role will involve recruiting, interviewing, training, and supporting foreign applicants, and contributing to the retention of foreign talent.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
Job Requirements:

- Over 2 years of experience working in a restaurant (including part-time work)
- Management experience using both Japanese and English
- Japanese N1, English Business Level
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary & Benefits:
[Basic Salary] ¥240,000 and up
