Job Summary
This position involves the design and development of new products and systems at various manufacturers' research institutes and development centers. The role covers diverse fields including transportation equipment, robotics, medical devices, and home appliances. Comprehensive training is provided for candidates, including those with no prior experience, to ensure they become capable professionals.

Required Skills

Job Details
■Design and Development Responsibilities
- Transportation Equipment: Research and development of next-generation FCVs, EVs, and PHEVs, high-voltage batteries, motors, kinetic/thermal energy regeneration systems, autonomous driving (Level IV and V), and sensing technologies.
- Robotics: Design of robots and production equipment.
- Industrial Equipment: Design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Consumer & Medical: Design of medical equipment and home appliances.
- Aerospace & Components: Development of aircraft, space-related equipment, control equipment, and electronic components.
■Training Program
- Comprehensive technical training is provided for new employees, covering everything from fundamental concepts to advanced topics in development.
■Employment Conditions
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (8 hours/day, 45-minute break; may vary by client).
- Holidays: 126 days annually (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

■Compensation & Allowances
- Salary: Annual income ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,200,000 (plus overtime pay).
