Direct involvement across the entire lifecycle, from core engineering through implementation, equips engineers with broad technical and domain expertise. Candidates aspiring to step into Project Leader (PL) or Project Manager (PM) roles are highly welcomed. The team consists of professionals with extensive background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) development and hands-on logistics center operations management. Working alongside peers with shared domain expertise, engineers can directly apply their prior logistics knowledge to accelerate an IT engineering career. Software Implementation Projects: 70% ・Preparation and review of requirements specifications and basic design documents ・Estimation of man-hours and preparation of quotes ・Client support as needed (e.g., client interviews) ・Collaboration with partner companies (development vendors) to conduct build, system testing, and implementation ・Investigation and response to inquiries during the operational phase 2. Job Requirements 【Required】 1. Project experience in logistics and distribution 2. Experience in customer service (gathering requirements, handling inquiries, etc.) 【Preferred】 1.
