As a Service Planning Leader, you will be responsible for improving our Rakuten Denki service. With the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of new services based on various analyses and results, including KPI management. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 ■ Various survey design, analysis, coefficient management, customer loyalty management ■ Planning of new services (e.g., planning product KPI improvement) ■ Issue clarification, task management, schedule management ■ ROI estimation, system development priority determination ■ Member management Examples of Work ■ The challenge is how to provide the intangible added value of renewable energy (electricity using solar, wind, and hydropower). As a new service, we planned and implemented a gamification function based on the amount of CO2 reduction, thereby achieving visualization. ■ Release of a new all-electric menu With a pricing plan where prices fluctuate every 30 minutes, we considered how to utilize devices that allow for increased electricity usage, such as water heaters, during the daytime when prices tend to be lower. While confirming legal requirements, we planned and implemented a LINE integration function and a unit price prediction function to reduce customer usage fees. This includes experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying issues, formulating hypotheses, and planning and executing improvement plans.
