As an Associate Consultant, you will support the implementation of innovative cloud solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. You will work alongside experienced consultants to configure systems, conduct requirements gathering, and assist with project management. Responsibilities
- Configure cloud-based systems for pharmaceutical clients
- Perform configuration testing and prepare data inputs
- Create client training manuals and documentation
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops

Required Skills
- Native/Fluent Japanese and Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years experience
- Proficiency in G Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work in fast-paced/remote environments

Job Details
Job Description: In this role, you will support projects to introduce and establish our innovative cloud solutions to pharmaceutical industry clients. From the initial project stages to completion, you will perform the following tasks alongside experienced consultants:
- As a member of the project team, you will use the training you received to configure the system.
- You will perform configuration tests, prepare necessary data input, and create training manuals for clients.
- You will grasp the overall picture of a software implementation project and learn how to proceed with the project and manage risks.
- You will participate in client requirements gathering workshops to deepen your understanding of business processes and system management and operation methods.
- After the system is up and running, you will support client operations by investigating the causes of issues and determining whether new requirements can be implemented.
Working Hours: 9:00~18:00
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of work experience
- Native or fluent Japanese (written and oral)
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet deadlines, both in-person and remotely
- Enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker who loves challenges and the ability to express technical and business concepts as potential solution designs
- Aptitude and interest in technology, including proficiency in various tools such as G Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Eligible to work in Japan
Desired Skills:
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and IT-related work
- Programming experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) or document management systems
