Upon Joining:
① Conduct business negotiations for new overseas projects, and develop and coordinate new products based on customer requests. *Depending on your experience, there is a possibility of long-term stays overseas, not just business trips. Primarily involved in OEM (food portioning) contract manufacturing sales, handling everything from planning to delivery and follow-up.
② Follow-up with existing domestic customers, proposing and developing new products (convenience stores, restaurants, etc.). *Job responsibilities may change in the future.
Working Hours
• Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Flexible working hours (no core time), flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM *Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of work, 1 hour break)
• Overtime: Yes (approximately 20 hours per month)
Job Requirements

* Standard driver's license (preferred)
Language Requirements
* English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-)

Compensation & Benefits
* Annual Income: ¥4,230,000 - ¥5,500,000
* Monthly Salary: ¥290,000 -
* Sales Allowance (= Fixed Overtime Pay): ¥25,000
* Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
* Salary Increase: Once a year (May)
* Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥50,000 per month
