Job Summary
This role involves supporting product supervision and quality control for anime and IP merchandise within a major entertainment group. The position offers a hybrid work model with two days of remote work per week. Candidates will handle design checks, progress management, and communication with overseas licensees using AI translation tools.

Job Details
### Job Responsibilities
- Product supervision and quality check: Management and collection of style guides and illustration materials for merchandise production.
- Collaboration: Work with in-house creative departments to process product design data and samples from overseas licensees.
- Initial supervision: Conduct design and wording checks, providing feedback for revisions.
- Schedule management: Oversee project timelines and monitor sample products.
- Administrative support: Create, print, and compile materials for internal and external supervision meetings in coordination with sales representatives.
### Working Hours
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours work, 60-minute break).
- Overtime: Less than 20 hours per month.
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (Hybrid: Office attendance Mon/Wed/Fri; Remote work Tue/Thu).
### Job Requirements
- Culture: Interest in anime, manga, games, and character goods.
- PC Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Language Skills: No aversion to English; ability to communicate via email using AI translation tools is sufficient (conversational English not required).
- Mindset: Proactive communication skills and ability to work in environments without fully established workflows.
### Preferred Skills
- Experience in product supervision and licensing related to anime, games, or characters.
- Experience in project management, direction, and schedule management.
- Background in sales assistant or departmental support roles.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to read and understand business documents and contracts in English.
