Job Description You will participate in a project primarily focused on providing administrative support for cybersecurity exercises targeting financial institutions. Alternatively, you will participate in other projects related to cybersecurity, including research, problem solving, and after-sales support. [Expected Duties] * Conducting cybersecurity exercises for financial institutions (scenario creation, coordination with relevant departments, on-site attendance during exercises, post-exercise review, problem identification and countermeasures formulation, next-event planning, etc.) * Conducting cybersecurity exercises for overseas branches (English-speaking regions) * Risk assessment using NIST CSF * Risk assessment using CIS Controls * Consulting equivalent to NIST SP800-171 compliance * Disclosure of scope of changes in job duties due to legal requirements: Job duties may change in the future. Details will be provided during the interview. [Work Environment] This position involves working on a project at a major securities company, allowing you to utilize your expertise. The team consists of approximately five members, ranging from cybersecurity experts to second-year new graduates. The team atmosphere is one of constant exchange of opinions and feedback, fostering an environment where all members can grow by sharing knowledge and experience. While coming into the office about twice a week is recommended, this can be flexibly adjusted depending on the work situation. You can work in the optimal environment while balancing remote work with in-office work. Working Hours Standard working hours per day: 8 hours Break time: 60 minutes *Full flextime system with no core time *Working hours depend on the project and the work style at the client site. Job Requirements [Required] * 2+ years of experience as a consultant (client-facing), and 1+ year of experience conducting cybersecurity exercises * JLPT N1 [Preferred Skills] * 2+ years of experience in any (or more) of the following: * Document creation skills (meeting materials, reports, etc.) * Project management experience * Experience handling CIS Controls * Experience handling other proprietary standards equivalent to the above * Understanding and experience handling NIST CSF and NIST SP800-171 * Participation in exercises organized by the Financial Services Agency, Financial IS AC, and NISC * Business English equivalent to TOEIC 800 or higher Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
