Job Summary
Atlus is seeking a Domestic Production Manager to oversee project progress, planning, and schedule management for major titles. The role involves managing advertising, sales promotion, and community strategies for home console games. You will also collaborate on overseas promotion strategies and expand IP reach through various partnerships.

- You will also be involved in some overseas promotions, based on our overseas promotion strategy.
Working Hours:
- [Core Time] 11:00 - 16:30
- [Flexible Time] 8:00 - 11:00, 16:30 - 22:00
- [Break Time] 12:30 - 13:30
- Reduced working hours system available for employees with children up to the 3rd grade of elementary school.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in promotion in the game/entertainment industry, mass media, etc.
- Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 3+ years of promotion experience in the game/anime industry.
- Experience handling promotion for an entire product or project.
- Experience in social media management and community building.
- Experience in overseas promotion.
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese Level: Native Level.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Overtime System: Monthly Salary ¥330,000 - ¥613,000 (Includes fixed overtime allowance of ¥47,000 - ¥87,000 for 20 hours).
- Expected annual income: ¥5,090,000 - ¥9,400,000.
- Bonuses: Regular bonus twice a year, performance-based bonus and award system.
