Backend Engineer

Job Description ・Backend system development supporting the infrastructure of multiple in-house products and applications (e.g., WowTalk, Start Home, AD Cleaner). ・Development of new features and products leveraging AI-assisted coding. Team Composition Current Members: 4 members (The Development Department mainly consists of individuals from the Greater China region.) ・General Manager ・Head of Development ・Staff Members *Communication: While communication within the team is primarily in Chinese, Japanese proficiency is required for meetings and collaboration with other departments (e.g., Sales). Technical Environment & Infrastructure ・Server Configuration: Management and operation of approximately 70 servers. ・An infrastructure environment that supports high-traffic services such as "AD Cleaner." ・System Complexity & Scale: An environment where you can learn and master complex system architectures necessitated by a large-scale user base. Career Development ・Breadth of Experience: A "hands-on with everything" environment that allows you to gain a wide range of technical experience. ・High degree of autonomy and discretion as an engineer.
