Job Details

### Job Description We are seeking an in-house IT Engineer. While the primary responsibility will be system operation and maintenance, you may also be assigned additional tasks based on your skills and interests. There will be opportunities to take on upstream processes over time. Experience with cloud technologies is a plus. ### Responsibilities - Perform minor modifications to existing systems, including bug investigation and root cause analysis - Support the design, development, and operation of new systems - Evaluate, implement, and manage internal systems (primarily general-purpose SaaS tools) - Maintain and manage cloud environments (both internal and external) - Oversee internal IT infrastructure, including PC setup and account management ### Working Hours - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hours of work with a 60-minute break) - Note: This position is primarily office-based; remote work is generally not available. - Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month on average ### Job Requirements - Required Experience & Skills: Experience using cloud services such as AWS or Azure (approximately 2+ years) - Preferred Qualifications: Development experience in C# or Python, Experience in security-related fields - Development Environment: C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, PHP - English Level: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) - Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) ### Salary & Benefits - Annual salary: ¥5,500,000 – ¥7,000,000 - Base salary: ¥413,143/month - Fixed overtime pay: ¥86,856/month (included) - Allowances: Commuting allowance, Overtime allowance - Benefits: Employment insurance, Workers’ compensation insurance, Health insurance, Employees’ pension - Systems & Support: Maternity and childcare support system, Qualification acquisition support system - Retirement allowance: Available (paid after 3 years of service) - Holidays: 125 days off per year (Weekends, National holidays, Summer holiday, Year-end/New Year holiday) ### Employment Conditions - Type: Contract Employee (with probationary period) - Contract Period: Initial 3 months, with possibility of conversion to permanent status (100% current conversion rate).
