In-house System Engineer

### Job Description We are looking for an engineer to advance our in-house IT operations, currently outsourced to external IT specialists, so that they can be executed quickly and flexibly. - New product development and implementation: Develop our company's proprietary environmental regulation database and service systems. - Database construction and operation: Establish infrastructure to support the accumulation and utilization of data used by researchers. - Website design and maintenance: Improve the UI/UX of the corporate website and webinars to attract more visitors. - Internal system optimization: Operate, integrate, and automate back-office systems such as accounting and general affairs. - IT environment development: Strengthen internal infrastructure and security measures. ### Recruitment Background With our goals of going public and achieving 1 billion yen in sales within five years, strengthening our IT infrastructure is a top priority.
