Job Summary

ISF NET, Inc. is seeking a bilingual IT infrastructure engineer to support foreign-affiliated companies in Japan. The role involves network/server operation, maintenance, help desk support, and bilingual coordination with overseas vendors. Responsibilities

Monitor alerts and incidents using tools like Zabbix
Perform network equipment installation and replacement
Provide network support for clients with overseas offices
Manage and configure firewalls (e.g., FortiGate)
Handle bilingual communication for IT infrastructure onsite services

Required Skills

6+ months infrastructure engineering experience
Business Japanese (JLPT N2+)
Conversational English
Network/Server operation and maintenance
IT infrastructure certifications (CCNA, LPIC, AWS, etc.)
