Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer for a permanent position in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD automation, traffic management, and server implementations like GraphQL and gRPC. Responsibilities also include team leadership, architecture design, and proactively tackling high-pressure challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CI/CD automation and server architectures (GraphQL, gRPC)
Manage traffic using CDN and caching systems
Lead a team of 5-6 people to achieve project targets under pressure
Operate middleware and utilize Linux tools for software management

Required Skills

CI/CD automation & DevOps experience
Experience with Waterfall & Agile practices
GraphQL / JSON RPC / gRPC development
Team leadership and architecture design skills
TOEIC score over 650 (Business English)
