To support the ongoing growth and expansion of Visionary Lab, the company is recruiting forward-thinking engineers who can simultaneously drive both high-level technical execution and business development initiatives. ■Responsibilities This position involves the following two categories of work. You will be responsible for carrying out all tasks within these categories: ・Conceptualizing, implementing, and scaling new products and businesses led by Visionary Lab ・Leading projects—including proposal development, implementation, and negotiations—for client-commissioned projects ■About the Assigned Department This position will be assigned to the Visionary Lab within the Advanced AI Development Department. It is a small, elite team comprised of members who value autonomy and have a strong spirit of challenge. Working Hours FLEX-TIME （Core time 11：00～16：00） ※Remote-work possible Job Requirements Required ■ Experience successfully completing multiple development projects and the ability to serve as a lead engineer ■ AI development skills and experience in making proposals and negotiating with clients Preferred ■ Interested in business development or have experience in the field ■ Have experience leading a project from start to finish (e.g., building something from scratch) ■ Able to work on-site (due to in-person company events and meetings) ■ Have development experience in any of the following areas (Experience in multiple areas is highly welcome) 　- App development 　- Front-end development 　- Back-end development 　- System development 　- Infrastructure setup and cloud operations (AWS, GCP, etc.) 　- MLOps (model deployment and operations) 　- Data infrastructure setup (ETL, DWH design, etc.) Ideal Applicants ■Ability to engage in natural, constructive dialogue spanning technical discussions and informal team interactions. ■Strong passion for creating engaging solutions, demonstrated by self-driven, autonomous action. ■Ambitious drive to apply technical expertise toward launching personal or team-built creations into the market. ■Deep capacity to understand client challenges and formulate proposals that balance technical feasibility with business viability. ■Mindset to look beyond individual technical domains to dynamically identify and support current team priorities. ■Ability to leverage large-enterprise experience while actively seeking direct hands-on ownership in driving business growth. ■Proactive orientation toward driving business creation and team development anchored in strong technical fundamentals.
