Job Description We are seeking experienced Sales Associates to be part of the spring 2027 grand openings of our new boutiques in Nagoya or Osaka. In this key role, you will join a dynamic team from the ground up and drive operational excellence to establish our brand presence in these vibrant new locations. Working Hours Shift Based (8 hours of actual work/depending on store hours) Job Requirements Must Have Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience • Native Japanese speaker required. Chinese or English language skills preferred • Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude • Approachable personality and customer-service oriented Preferred Qualifications: • Passion for luxury retail, jewelry, and delivering an exceptional brand experience aligned with APM Monaco's values. • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) Other Salary Description • Attractive and competitive salary package. • Monthly uncap commission. • Medical and social insurance benefits. • Paid time off / annual leave. • Generous employee discounts on brand products.
