Job Details

[Position Overview] At our company, which operates an online medical consultation platform that has more than doubled its sales for three consecutive years, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, systems, organizational design, and labor relations. We have achieved rapid business growth by utilizing AI and data in all areas, including marketing, product development, and management decisions, enabling speedy decision-making. To further expand our business, we are seeking a leader to help establish and strengthen our HR department. Because we are building the organization from scratch, we can design a new HR model based on the use of AI and data, rather than being constrained by existing systems. Of course, you won't be expected to handle everything alone from the start; our management team, primarily in their 30s with experience at Recruit and Goldman Sachs, will provide support. Working alongside the management team, you will structure recruitment, evaluation, placement, and training, building an organizational foundation linked to our business strategy. We expect you to play a leading role in scaling the organization as a management partner, rather than simply being part of a management department. [Job Description] 1.
