Job Summary
This role involves project management and promotion within the Rakuten Energy Division for services like Rakuten Denki and Rakuten Gas. The successful candidate will handle service planning, cross-functional team coordination, and KPI analysis. You will be responsible for defining requirements and driving improvements to maintain the company's position as a leading electricity provider.

Job Details
【Specific Job Responsibilities】
■Conducting various surveys, analyzing information, and developing plans for new service planning. This includes utilizing various Rakuten data and conducting surveys in collaboration with external partner companies.
■Overall project management for service development: Discussions with the development team, design team, and marketing team on service creation, task management, schedule management, and prioritization of system development.
■Various numerical management for improvement after service implementation: Setting KPIs, continuous monitoring, and planning/implementing measures to improve performance.
■Creation, modification, and addition of dynamic marketing content to deepen understanding of the service.
【Required Qualifications】
■ At least one year of professional work experience
■ Business-level PC skills
■ Experience in planning or improvement projects
【Preferred Qualifications】
■ Business-level English proficiency
■ Experience in the power industry
【Working Hours】
9:00～17:30 (Flex-time system applicable). Core time: 11:00〜15:00 (8:00〜12:00 on morning meeting days).
【Holidays】
Full two-day workweek system (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), Summer vacation, Winter vacation.
