You will be required to conduct business negotiations and make proposals in English on a daily basis. * Corporate sales for our "Information Platform," a web service that aggregates information on the global automotive industry and is used in over 80 countries worldwide. * New business development from Japan to automotive-related companies worldwide (Japan, the US, Europe, China, Southeast Asia). * You will also be responsible for following up with existing customers, such as contract upgrades and renewals. * Global activities such as sales at trade show booths and communication with overseas offices are possible. Scope of changes to duties: As defined by the company. Working Hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (7.5 hours of work, 60-minute break) [Supervisor/Manager Candidate] Overtime: Approximately 20-40 hours per month on average. Some workload is required due to the position. [Staff Position] Overtime: Approximately 10-20 hours per month on average. Overtime occurs depending on the workload, but it is an environment where you can work efficiently and maintain a good work-life balance. Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Corporate sales experience (acquiring new customers), experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email *For younger candidates, experience in acquiring new corporate customers in any industry is acceptable. * Native-level English skills (sufficient for business negotiations) * PC skills (Excel, Word, email, internet search, etc.) [Desired Candidate Profile] * Individuals who can conduct business with passion with companies and people worldwide (individuals who can set their own goals and act proactively) * Individuals who can grasp customer needs and propose necessary services in a timely manner * Individuals who can constantly embrace change and move forward within it (challenging individuals are highly welcome) English Level Native Level Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 8000K Other Salary Description This position envisions hiring you for one of the following roles, depending on your experience and preferences. *The final decision will be made through mutual agreement during the selection process. **Chief/Manager Candidate** *This position involves project management and execution, and therefore the salary includes overtime pay for a certain number of hours. Expected Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 (determined based on ability and experience) Monthly Salary: ¥312,500 - ¥500,000 Base Salary: ¥228,293 - ¥365,269 Expected Overtime Pay (45 hours): ¥84,207 - ¥134,731 Bonus: Twice a year (Summer and Winter / total of 4 months' salary) **Staff Position** *This salary is designed with a focus on work-life balance.
