Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional work experience in Japan, native-level English, and business-level Japanese.

Job Details

Job Description As a candidate for Overseas Business PM, you will initially be responsible for supporting overseas business operations. In the future, you will be expected to take on overseas project management (PM) and consulting responsibilities, and also be involved in sales and business development. * Communication with overseas medical institutions, medical device manufacturers, and partner companies * Document creation * Contract creation * Contract signing support * Scheduling business meetings with companies * Regulatory research in countries where projects are implemented * Interpretation and translation * Drug discovery project management * Proposal and contract acquisition for new projects * Client liaison (including progress reporting, quotations, and negotiation of assigned members) * Coordination with internal departments (progress management, quality assurance) * Progress management, budget management etc. * As there are projects with various countries including Greater China, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East, there are opportunities to utilize language skills other than English. * Depending on the project, you may be required to work at the Ueno office. Approximately 90% of the team consists of foreign nationals, currently comprising members from over 17 countries. Members come from diverse backgrounds, primarily from Southeast Asia, but also from Africa, South America, and Greater China. Communication is conducted mainly in English.
