Full-stack Engineer Tokyo

■Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from concept to deployment. ■Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot for the back end. • Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and technical solutions. • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development. ■Job Requirements: • Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot application development. • Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data exchange. • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ■Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.). ■Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. ■Language Requirements: • English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) • Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
