MBD Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Model-Based Development Engineer based in Nagoya to work on advanced technology applications and SIer services. The role involves performing MBD and development support using in-house solutions, as well as providing consulting for client system implementations and business process improvements. Candidates must have a strong background in mathematics, physics, and programming, along with native Japanese proficiency.

Job Description
1. Model-Based Development (MBD) and Development Support via In-house Solutions
- Performance design and feasibility simulation development starting from abstract or fluid requirements.
- Construction of plant and control models for performance evaluation simulations.
- Analysis of functional requirements and control structures.
- Architectural/structural design, specification design, redundancy design, and through to implementation.
2. Supporting System Implementation into Client Environments and Business Process Consultation
- Providing support for the initial implementation consulting of Model-Based Development (MBD).
- Providing support for business process improvement (BPI) consulting for companies that have already implemented MBD.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications (Candidates must meet all of the following criteria):
- Bachelor's degree or higher (open to both Arts and Sciences) *However, strong proficiency in physics and mathematics is required.
- Native Japanese level or Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1.
- Must meet at least one of the following criteria (Open to all industries/No minimum years of experience required/Candidates who can read code but cannot write it are also welcome):
* Experience in embedded or control system development.
* Experience in development using C or C++.
* Experience in development using any programming language.
* Individuals who find it exciting to unravel causal relationships using mathematical and physical formulas.
* Individuals who possess a high ability to understand things essentially and have a strong interest in logical problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in development using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in control system development.
- Experience in development or evaluation utilizing HILS/MILS.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, control engineering, or automotive engineering.
- Ability to logically understand the structural architecture of automotive products.
- Experience in the development or evaluation of home appliances, industrial robots, medical devices, etc.
