Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Engineer in Tokyo to handle network equipment operation, maintenance, and gradually move into construction, design, and requirements definition. Responsibilities include working with Cisco/Juniper equipment, firewalls like Palo Alto/FortiGate, and cloud connectivity. Candidates should have network infrastructure operation and maintenance experience along with native Japanese proficiency.

Job Description
Upon joining the company, you will start with one of the following tasks, depending on your skills, and gradually move up to more upstream processes.
【Step 1: Foundation Building & Catch-up】
- Operation and maintenance of network equipment (Cisco/Juniper, etc.)
- Monitoring and configuration changes of existing networks (ACL addition, VLAN configuration, etc.)
- Enhancement support: Investigation and troubleshooting of communication problems, creation of procedure manuals
【Step 2: Construction & Implementation (After Gaining Practical Experience)】
- Detailed design of routers, switches, and firewalls (Palo Alto/FortiGate)
- Construction: Replacement and migration of aging equipment, implementation of network configuration automation and coding using Ansible and Python
【Step 3: Design & Requirements Definition (Future Career)】
- Grand design formulation and configuration consideration for the company-wide network infrastructure; development of security policies for zero-trust network (SASE, etc.) implementation; connection design and hybrid configuration proposal connecting on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure)

Job Requirements
