Job Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will lead software solutions development, technology selection, and architecture design for FinTech projects. You will work in small, agile teams to deliver innovative products using modern tech stacks including Cloud and GenAI. This role involves end-to-end development, from conceptual design and requirements definition to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performance software systems and APIs
- Lead technology selection and architectural decision-making
- Support full-cycle product development from concept to deployment
- Mentor team members through pair programming
Required Skills
- 8+ years software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, C#, or modern JS frameworks
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Business-level English proficiency

### Work Requirements
- Agile development methodology.
- Scope covers initial development to delivery: specification, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
### Application Requirements
- Experience with one of the following: Spring (Java/Kotlin), Vue.js/Nuxt.js/Quasar, Go, or C# .NET/ASP .NET.
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer or similar role.
- Experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Business-level English proficiency.

- Conversational Japanese.
- Experience with new product development projects from the concept stage.
