Responsibilities
- Install and deploy AI robots in stores and warehouses
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and part replacements
- Analyze robot operation data and provide feedback
- Create and update technical manuals and work flows
Required Skills
- Experience in machinery or manufacturing industry
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work shifts including night shifts

This job involves more than just operating robots; it's about creating more efficient systems based on on-site observations and data.
No specialized qualifications or knowledge are required at the time of application. The main tasks involve 'screw tightening and wiring,' so anyone who enjoys working with machinery and tools can start with confidence, even without prior experience.
You will be involved in genuine robotics technology, from robot introduction and installation (deployment) to maintenance and repair. Furthermore, a key feature of this role is the opportunity to be involved not only in on-site support but also in improving work flows and developing manuals.

【Repair (Maintenance)】
- Identifying the cause of robot malfunctions
- Replacing, repairing, and adjusting parts
- On-site initial response to errors
- Checking and analyzing robot operation data
- Providing feedback on areas for improvement to the development team
- Improving and updating work flows and manuals
【Deployment (Introduction and Installation)】
- Delivering and installing robots in stores
- Initial setup and test operation
- Troubleshooting during introduction
- Organizing and standardizing the introduction process
- Managing the installation project
- Providing operational instructions to store staff
【Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing】
- Creating work procedures and technical manuals
- Organizing and standardizing on-site operations
- Knowledge sharing and quality improvement within the team
Job Requirements
- Candidates with experience in the machinery/manufacturing industry (factory staff, maintenance, service engineer, etc.) or graduates of technical schools
- Japanese: Conversational level or higher (N3 or higher)
- Valid driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)
- Ability to work shifts (including night shifts)
