You will be responsible for developing production technology for large resin exterior components like bumpers. The role involves managing the lifecycle of the production process from mold planning to equipment implementation. You will work within a group to ensure efficient mass production operations.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in the development of production technology focused on the mass production of large resin exterior components (such as bumpers).
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the production process, from die/mold planning and equipment planning through to final implementation.
Working Hours:
- Flex-Time System: Standard 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours).
- Core Time: 10:00 to 15:00.
- Flexible Time 1: 07:00 to 10:00.
- Flexible Time 2: 15:00 to 22:00.
Job Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements (Must meet one of the following criteria):
- Resin Injection Molding Specialist: Experience in equipment/process design for resin injection molding (e.g., equipment review, mold design, assembly technology, process planning, etc.).
- Coating/Painting Technician: Experience in equipment design for automated coating lines (e.g., coating line management, coating equipment planning, RB (Robot) operation technology).
Highly Desired (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in production technology development for resin products or coating equipment within the automotive industry.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2).
Compensation:
- Annual Salary Range: JPY 4,000,000 to JPY 7,000,000.
- Bonus: Twice annually (June and December).
- Salary Increase: Once annually (April).
- Probationary Period: 3 months.
Holidays:
- Annual Holidays: 121 days.
- Fully two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Year-end/New Year Holidays, Golden Week, Summer Vacation included.
