Job Summary
This is a full-time Salesforce Engineer position in Tokyo for candidates with native-level Chinese or Korean proficiency and Japanese N1 level. The role welcomes applicants without prior Salesforce experience, offering structured OJT and mentorship for professional growth from downstream to upstream processes. You will work within a multinational team to deliver cloud-based solutions across various industries.

Job Description:
- This position is open to those with no Salesforce experience; you can catch up on Salesforce knowledge after joining.
Expected Employment Process:
1. Catch up on Salesforce Basics: Understanding basic structure (objects, fields, permissions), standard features (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), and basic learning of Apex and LWC (utilizing Trailhead and internal knowledge).
2. Project participation (OJT) with senior engineers: Start with downstream processes such as development, configuration, and testing; receive code and design reviews.
3. Gradually move on to upstream processes: Step into requirements definition, design, and customer negotiations.

Working Hours:
- 9:30-18:30 (8 hours of work).
Job Requirements:
- N1 level Japanese language proficiency.
- Native-level Chinese or Korean proficiency.
- 2+ years of development experience using any programming language at a Japanese company.
Salary:
- Estimated Annual Salary: ¥4.2 million - ¥6.6 million.
- Breakdown: 12 months' base salary + two bonuses (average total of three months' salary, excluding the first year).
- Base Salary: ¥236,000 - ¥370,500.
- Fixed Overtime (30 hours): ¥55,300 - ¥86,800.
- Salary Increase: Determined annually (April) via interview.
- Any overtime exceeding the fixed 30 hours will be paid as a premium.
