Capsule Manufacturing Specialist

[Job Description] You will manufacture seamless capsules, which are used in pharmaceuticals, supplements, and food products. They encapsulate ingredients such as bifidobacteria and deliver them to the appropriate locations in the body. [Work Flow] ◎Weighing You will weigh out dozens of different raw materials. Since these products are taken orally, we generally do not use hazardous chemicals. ▼ ◎Mixing Ingredients are placed into a machine called a blending tank. You will set the temperature and blending time inside the tank and blend the ingredients. ▼ ◎Forming The blended ingredients are placed into a capsule manufacturing machine and formed into capsules. Since subtle changes in temperature and humidity can affect the hardening time and result in imperfect shapes, you will initially receive support from experienced employees, and gradually gain the necessary skills. ▼ ◎Drying After formation, the capsules will have oil on their surfaces. The oil is removed, and the moisture is blown away to create hard capsules. Inspection and packaging are performed by other departments. [No experience necessary] We manufacture capsules using technology that other companies can't replicate, so naturally, everyone starts with no experience. For this reason, we have a system in place where employees undergo training for the first month after joining, and then continue to learn the work from their seniors. [Team work] Work is done in teams of about four people, so you can immediately ask for help with any questions you may have. [Work environment] The factory is maintained at a constant temperature year-round, making for a comfortable working environment. It's also quiet. Because you know the manufacturing process, you can take on management roles in the manufacturing department, as well as production management, development, purchasing, and other departments if you wish, and advance your career.
