Job Summary
The Synergy Promotion Department is looking for a data analysis specialist to drive the expansion of home infrastructure services such as Rakuten Hikari, Rakuten Turbo, and Rakuten Denki. The role involves performing data analysis, strategy planning, and alliance sales to improve cross-use of products within the Rakuten ecosystem. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to derive insights from big data and implement initiatives to increase revenue.

Our mission is to improve cross-use of our products and increase domain sales and revenue through collaboration within the Rakuten ecosystem. This involves data analysis, strategy planning and execution, and alliance sales to businesses within the Rakuten Group.
### Specific Job Responsibilities
- Data analytics regarding services within home infrastructure services and synergy with various Rakuten services.
- Customer data analysis to derive insights for revenue expansion from business data.
- Planning and testing new initiatives using various data.
### Work Environment
Synergy Promotion Department 3 members (40s, 30s, 20s). Experience is diverse, including manufacturing management, telecommunications business planning, and sales.
### Working Hours
9:00～17:30 (Flex-time system applied).
Core time: 11:00～15:00 (8:00～12:00 on morning meeting days).
### Job Requirements

- Data analysis experience (experience extracting and processing data using SQL) 3 years or more
[Preferred Qualifications]
- English proficiency
- Consulting experience
- BI tool development and operation
### Languages
- English Level: Minimum Communication Level (TOEIC 225-470)
- Japanese Level: Native Level
