IT Strategy Consultant

Job Description You will be responsible for providing comprehensive consulting services to major corporate clients, addressing their management challenges. This includes everything from formulating IT strategies and proposing business process improvements to supporting system implementation. Specific Job Responsibilities: * Business and Organizational Reform Support: Visualizing current business processes, setting KGIs and KPIs, establishing operational rules, and supporting the development of personnel evaluation systems. * IT System Planning and Implementation: Providing support in a role close to that of the CIO (Chief Information Officer), including formulating medium- to long-term IT investment plans, assisting in IT vendor selection, and developing overall concepts. * DX and IT Strategy Formulation: Supporting the enhancement of corporate competitiveness using the latest technologies, such as utilizing AI agents and considering DX grand designs. Onboarding Process: For the first two weeks to one month, you will participate in introductory training led directly by the CEO and directors. This training comprehensively covers not only fundamental IT knowledge but also consultant thinking, business etiquette, and document creation techniques. After training, you will be assigned to a project as an assistant, gaining experience through basic tasks such as taking meeting minutes and creating documents, and gradually progressing to higher levels of responsibilities. Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) Salary & Benefits Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 Salary Type: Annual Salary System *Determined based on experience. Monthly payment includes fixed overtime pay (45 hours per month, ¥77,500 to ¥194,166). If actual overtime exceeds this, it will be paid separately, but actual overtime is approximately 15 to 20 hours per month. Salary increases are generally implemented once a year (April).
