Responsible Officer

Responsibilities: - Be appointed as 取引責任者 for the company's brokerage accounts, with formal agency authority delegated by the company. - Act as the firm's primary point of contact for any trading-related queries from Japanese brokers, including issue resolution and escalation. - Manage and develop broker relationships over time, including evaluating new counterparties as the business grows. - Work directly with the offshore principals and finance team on operational, compliance, and risk matters. Job Requirements: - Japanese citizen, resident in Japan. - Professional experience in Japanese equity markets (sell-side or buy-side) with direct exposure to broker onboarding and relationship management. - Solid working knowledge of the Japanese equity market and the regulatory/compliance environment around brokerage accounts. - Fluent Japanese and business-level English. Working Conditions: - 9:00am-5:00pm, with regular check-ins with the offshore team. - Initially a 6-month independent contractor engagement, with the intent to convert to permanent full-time employment. - Benefits on conversion: standard Japan corporate benefits (社会保険, 厚生年金, paid leave, etc.).
