Microsoft Assessment Consultant
Job Summary
The Microsoft Solution Assessment Consultant (vSAC) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical assessments for clients. This role involves managing assessment lifecycles, deploying discovery tools, and providing technical consultation to help clients achieve their cloud strategy. The consultant also conducts AI workshops, including Copilot assessments, in collaboration with Microsoft teams.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years experience in Microsoft solution sales/consulting
- JLPT N1 (Japanese) and TOEIC 785+ (English)
- Proficiency in Azure, M365, and Cloud architectures
- Data analysis and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Project management of multiple concurrent workstreams

Job Description:
Microsoft Solution Assessment Consultant is to ensuring a high-quality customer experience and delivery of assessment services, which helps clients create a roadmap to reach their strategic goals. The successful candidate acts as a vSAC, responsible for the end-to-end execution of assessments through both consultation and technical analysis.
Assessment Execution:
- End-to-End Management: Manage and execute all activities required for a Solution Assessment.
- Customer Point of Contact: Serve as the main customer engagement point throughout the assessment process.
- Provisioning & Deployment:
- Manage the assessment setup (SA provision).
- Engage with customers on tool deployment and ensuring data coverage.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any deployment issues for customers.
Technical Expertise & Consultation:
- Tool Subject Matter Expert (SME): Be an expert on both Microsoft (first-party) and third-party discovery tools.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on how to use the assessment tools.
- AI Solutions: Perform Copilot Workshops and other assessments related to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
- JLPT N1 level of Japanese AND 785+ English TOEIC proficiency.
- Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
- Preferred Certifications: AZ-900, SC-900, MS-900.
- Experience in deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.
- Practical experience assisting customers in deploying, troubleshooting, and leveraging assessment discovery platforms.
- Ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
