Organizational Consultant

[Job Description] As an organizational consultant, you will implement organizational reforms using our management theory. ① Propose our training programs to business owners. ② Conduct training for contracted clients. ③ Work alongside business owners and companies to help them build organizations that conform to our theory, with the aim of ensuring the theory is effectively implemented. *Disclosure of the scope of changes to job duties due to legal requirements: Job duties may change in the future. Details will be provided during the interview. [Working Hours] 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Actual working hours: 8 hours) For remote work, working hours are fixed from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For work at the office, working hours are 8 hours within the range of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. [Overtime] Overtime: Yes (Company-wide average: approximately 11 hours per month *Overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid additionally) [Required Qualifications] * Ability to use Japanese (equivalent to N1 level) and Vietnamese at a business level * Bachelor's degree or higher * Management experience (at least one year of experience at the manager level or higher) [Preferred Skills] * Ability to review the three main financial statements * Market research experience * Experience in DX implementation [Salary Description] ■ Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥13,300,000 *Starting annual salary will be determined based on experience and abilities. *The above amount includes a monthly deemed overtime allowance of approximately 30 hours (¥94,000 - ¥127,000).
