Specifically… - Hearing about sales challenges and defining requirements - Proposing improvements such as redesigning customer KPIs and creating logic trees - Standardizing sales processes - Holding user workshops and creating manuals [Training System] - First month after joining: Basic IT training (cloud, Salesforce, understanding business operations) - Second month to six months: Ongoing training in parallel with assignments Working Hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Scheduled working hours: 8 hours, 1-hour break) *Overtime work: Yes *Working hours vary depending on the project. Job Requirements [Required Conditions] * 3+ years of experience as a full-time employee * Experience using a PC in a work setting (experience creating proposal materials for clients) * Native-level Japanese (N1 certification required for foreign nationals) * Experience negotiating with clients in a B2B setting (any industry) [One of the following is required] * Experience using SaaS products (Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, etc.) in a work setting (2+ years) * Experience participating in business process review or improvement projects * Experience managing projects including client negotiation and internal coordination [Preferred Qualifications] * Experience with CRM and SFA Support experience (requirements definition, implementation support) * Experience in DX-related departments * Marketing experience * Sales analysis experience * Project management experience Salary & Benefits ■Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥5,000,000 Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥400,000 *The above includes a fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours (¥33,980 - ¥54,000).
