Operator Assistant Cementing

### Job Description At our Niigata base, we are seeking an assistant for cementing (cementing wellheads), a crucial step in oil and gas field development. Under strict safety management, you will start with the following support tasks: - Assisting with the installation and removal of cement injection equipment at work sites (positioning cement storage containers, pre-mixing spacer fluid, setting up data monitoring equipment, etc.) - Learning how to operate specialized equipment (cement pumps, liquid additive metering systems, data acquisition systems, automatic density control systems, etc.) - Assisting with pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and preparing related reports ### Career Path This position is an entry-level role in cementing. By honing your skills through on-the-job experience and training, you can advance to specialized service operator or leadership positions in the future. ### Job Requirements **Required Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) - Basic reading comprehension and writing skills - Ability to communicate effectively with team members - Ability to comply with safety and environmental (HSE) rules and guidelines and to proactively work on quality improvement **Preferred Qualifications** - Commercial vehicle driver's license (may be required) - Basic computer skills (comfortable using a PC) - Interest in working in an English-speaking environment or a global environment **Language Skills** - English Level: Minimum Communication Level (TOEIC 225-470) - Japanese Level: Native Level ### Working Hours & Holidays - Working Hours: 8:30am till 5:30pm - Holidays: Two days off per week (according to company calendar), Paid leave, etc.
