Corporate transformation utilizing data and AI is no longer limited to a select few advanced companies. We support the construction of data utilization infrastructure and the promotion of AI utilization for many companies, handling a wide range of projects from leading Japanese corporations to rapidly growing startups. ■ Job Description In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the business growth of our clients as the leader of data infrastructure construction and AI utilization projects. This is not simply a system implementation project; it is a crucial position for realizing corporate transformation by going beyond: - Understanding management challenges - Developing data strategies - Formulating AI utilization concepts - Building a cross-organizational promotion system Job Responsibilities You will primarily be responsible for the following three areas: ① Project Promotion • Overall management of data and AI infrastructure construction projects • Project planning • QCD management • Risk management • Stakeholder coordination • Leading the project promotion team ② Proposal Activities • Customer problem assessment • Proposal creation • Quotation creation • Sales negotiation support • Next-phase planning proposal • Scope definition and requirements organization ③ Business Development and Organizational Strengthening • New service planning • Creation of AI utilization use cases • Proposal for improvement of in-house products • Process improvement • Knowledge sharing • Team development ■ Project Examples • Data utilization infrastructure construction • DWH implementation • BI dashboard construction • Data pipeline development • AI utilization project • Cross-departmental DX promotion • Data-driven management support Job Requirements ■Required Qualifications ・Project management experience (5+ years) in the IT or data utilization field ・Experience leading projects with 5 or more people ・Experience in identifying customer issues and defining requirements ・Experience in stakeholder management ■Preferred Qualifications ・Experience in DWH construction projects ・Experience in data infrastructure construction ・Experience in data pipeline construction ・Experience in Tableau/Looker/Power BI implementation ・Experience in CDP/SFA/MA implementation ・Knowledge of SCM or HR fields ・Experience in generative AI implementation projects ・Experience in new business development ・Experience in organizational development ・Experience in RFP proposal and proposal activities ■Desired Candidate Profile ・Ability to organize and drive complex issues ・Ability to take responsibility for results from start to finish ・Ability to prioritize customer success ・Ability to engage diverse stakeholders ・Ability to think and act independently ・Ability to enjoy challenging new technologies and markets ・Strong interest in the possibilities of AI and data utilization
