Job Details
Job Description: We are a recruitment consultant specializing in global companies and global talent with annual salaries ranging from 6 million yen to over 20 million yen. Since approximately 40% of our registered clients are foreign nationals, you can leverage your language skills (English, Chinese, and other languages).
Dual-sided model where one consultant handles both companies and job seekers:
● Companies: You will be responsible for job postings from our existing and new clients, as well as companies you have developed yourself. The job postings you will handle will mainly be in the high-class areas of management, professional, and CxO levels.
● Job Seekers: You will handle candidates from major scouting platforms, social media, referrals, and our company's database. The majority of job seekers are in their late 30s to late 50s (middle- and senior class).
Working Hours:
■Flextime system (Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, 1 hour break)
*Core time: 10:00-16:00
*During the 6-month probationary period, working hours will be fixed as follows: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours of actual work)
■Overtime: Yes (approximately 30 hours per month)
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in recruitment
* Experience in hiring operations
* Proven track record of achieving high results in roles where value proposition is required
* Business-level Japanese (equivalent to N1)
Preferred Skills:
* Business-level Chinese or English
Salary and Incentives:
●Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,600,000 - ¥30,000,000
●Monthly Salary: ¥400,000 - (Base Salary ¥300,000 - Fixed Overtime Pay ¥100,000 -)
Incentive: 35% - 50% of gross profit is returned based on grade and gross profit performance.
