### Job Description
You will be performing inspection duties at our company, which has been manufacturing and selling custom-made plastic and metal parts for 83 years. Our parts are used in prototypes and equipment components for new precision machinery produced by major manufacturers, universities, and research institutes, including robots, rockets, and laboratory instruments.
### Core Responsibilities
- Inspect products produced in the manufacturing department (visually inspecting for conformance to drawings and aesthetic issues).
- Perform measurements using calipers, 3D measuring machines, and image measuring machines.
- Handle administrative tasks such as registering products in the system.
- Provide feedback of inspection results to the manufacturing site.
- Manage production reductions for defective products.
### Working Hours
- Fixed Shift System: 8 hours between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (45-minute break).
- Work Patterns: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM or 2:15 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Overtime: 0-5 hours per month (During training, shifts are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

- 2+ years of work experience.
- Ability to think and act independently.
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2 or higher).
### Preferred Qualifications
- Parts inspection experience.
- Skilled in and enjoys detailed work.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to approximately 30 kg).
### Compensation & Benefits
- Expected Annual Salary: From ¥3.7 million.
- Monthly salary from ¥245,000 (Base ¥220,000 + ¥25,000 allowances).
- Allowances: Housing (¥15,000), Shift (¥10,000), and overtime paid separately.
- Salary increase: Once a year (July).
- Bonus: Paid twice a year (2-8 months/year).
- 125 days of annual leave, summer vacation, winter vacation, and paid leave.
