Business and IT Consultant

### Job Description You will be engaged in "supportive consulting," leading the entire process from problem identification to concept development, implementation, and stabilization for Forbes 500/Nikkei 225 class enterprises. Your mission is to enable clients to become self-reliant and self-sufficient, without being dependent on specific products or frameworks. ### Consulting Areas ■ Strategy Consulting - Design of business strategies and external partnership strategies - New business development: Idea generation to commercialization (including PMF and Growth Hack) ■ Management Consulting - BPR/BPO: Company-wide efficiency improvement and cost optimization, BPO design and operation utilizing specialized personnel - Business system implementation: Process visualization, restructuring, and implementation aligned with ERP - Sales reform: KPI design and management process design tailored to models and characteristics, and support throughout on-site sales activities ■ Technology Consulting - IT grand design: Overall architecture design including core systems based on business characteristics - Advanced technology implementation: Business enhancement using Digital Twin/AI/VR, etc. (PoC to implementation) - Security measures: Vulnerability assessment to countermeasure design and implementation, establishment of a company-wide security system ### Working Conditions - Flexible working hours (deemed 45 hours/core time 10:00-15:00) - Work start and end times: 8:00-22:00 (1-hour break) - Smoking prohibited on premises - Basic schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely per week ### Required Conditions Native Japanese speaker with experience in one of the following: - [For those with an IT/SIer background]: Experience in requirements definition, design, and implementation in system development. - [For those with a business company background]: Practical experience in strategic projects, new product planning, production process development, supply chain/logistics, or information systems department at a major enterprise. ### Benefits - Comprehensive social insurance - Commuting allowance (up to ¥50,000) - Salary review twice a year - Side jobs permitted (application required) - In-house training and study sessions - Qualification acquisition support system - Employee referral and peer bonus system
