Job Description We are recruiting additional PMO members to strengthen our organization! You will be responsible for building a reliable information source for IT assets. As part of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will centrally manage the IT tools of our subsidiary, Rakuten Mobile, Inc., ensuring data transparency and handling new initiatives for the future. ▼About the Department and Services The CIO Office leads the internal IT environment for Rakuten Mobile as a whole. Therefore, we communicate not only with senior management but also with the entire organization, including the field staff, gathering diverse feedback to achieve "contribution to business strategy," "operational efficiency," "cost reduction," and "risk minimization." The IT Planning Department aims to build a single, reliable information source that enables centralized management of IT tool information, strengthening governance, optimizing costs, and facilitating decision-making. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 ■ Systematizing Governance Promote the development and establishment of IT investment rules based on the project mission. ■ Data-Driven Improvement Proposals Identify cost overlaps from collected data and discover insights for portfolio optimization. ■ Cross-Organizational Coordination Collaborate with organizational leaders to disseminate the IT portfolio strategy at the company level. 【Work Environment】 The CIO office has approximately 20 employees in total. The IT Planning Department has 3 employees (2 members, excluding the leader, also handle other duties. The person joining us will primarily be responsible for this task.) The organization as a whole has many mid-career hires, including not only those with experience in the telecommunications industry but also many with no prior industry experience. Therefore, the onboarding of mid-career employees is smooth.
