QA Engineer

### Responsibilities and Role - Designing and operating test processes that account for the unique characteristics of web and smartphone applications - Executing QA operations aimed at elevating both project and product quality - Conducting QA reviews of technical designs with a focus on service quality improvement, and proactively making optimization proposals - Liaising and communicating with key stakeholders, including planners, developers, and vendors - Aligning and collaborating on quality standards with the South Korean development team - Driving test automation and integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines - Boosting overall team quality through the standardization of QA processes and preparation of documentation - Post-release quality monitoring and continuous improvement activities ### Job Requirements **Required:** - 5+ years of experience in all aspects of testing, from design to execution - Experience in QA for web or smartphone applications - Experience in proactively proposing improvements, visualizing quality metrics, or launching new teams - Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and job roles - Experience driving projects forward and resolving quality-related issues **Ideal Applicants:** - Passionate about manga and aligned with the company's mission and vision - Proactive mindset to independently discover issues and drive solutions - Strong desire to avidly absorb new knowledge and technical skills - Ability to take on new initiatives while adapting to the evolution and changes of the industry and organization - Collaborative approach to executing tasks in cooperation with various departments - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) ### Benefits - Full social insurance - Medical checkup - Incentive plan available - Salary revision: twice a year - Allowances: Full transportation expense payment, Card Benefit Plan
