You will be involved in the product from service planning and design to development and operation, primarily focusing on backend development. We expect you to proactively consider what you and your team need to do to contribute to the growth of the service and the company, and to work on development with a sense of urgency.

### Job Requirements

- Experience in backend development for web applications (5+ years)
- Ability to design web applications that translate functional requirements into system development requirements
- Experience in regular deployments and troubleshooting of web applications using AWS
- Communication skills to exchange opinions and reach agreements with team members and other teams
- Experience leading new business/new development projects
- Tech lead experience
**[Preferred]**
- Serverless development using AWS Lambda, etc.
- Experience in frontend development using frameworks such as Next.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js
- Transaction design in microservice implementation
- Development task management using Jira
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
### Development Environment
- **Backend:** Go, Java, Spring Boot
- **Frontend:** TypeScript, React, Next.js
- **Database:** MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis
- **Infrastructure:** AWS (RDS, ECS/ECR, Lambda, Step Functions), Docker, Terraform
- **Tools:** GitHub, GitHub Actions, PagerDuty, JIRA, Confluence
### Working Conditions
- **Hours:** Full flextime system, no core time (8 hours/day).
- **Overtime:** Paid according to work amount; fixed overtime pay applies to certain levels.
- **Holidays:** 121 days per year (Sat, Sun, National holidays).
- **Probation:** 3 months.
