Job Summary
We are seeking marketing members to drive the growth of our online medical consultation platform. You will lead marketing strategy, promotion, and user acquisition efforts in a global environment. This role involves end-to-end planning and promotion work, offering opportunities to handle multiple service categories.

Job Description:
You will play an important role in leading marketing strategy planning and promotion work to acquire new users and increase sales for the online medical care platform! This is a position where you can take on new challenges while making full use of your own experience and ideas. You will be part of a team that keeps an eye on global marketing methods and trends. You will start with one product from planning to actual promotion work, and then lead an entire service category.
Specific Duties:
- Planning and promoting measures to increase brand awareness and acquire new users.
- Planning and promoting measures to increase customer loyalty and prolong LTV.
- Analyzing advertising effectiveness, creating reports, and proposing improvements.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 (8 hours of actual work).
Job Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent experience.
- Computer skills (email, spreadsheets, slides, calendars, etc.).
- Communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in web advertising management or e-commerce consulting.
- Marketing experience at a business company.
- Knowledge of customer support software (e.g., CRM system).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected annual salary: 5 million to 9 million yen.
- Monthly salary: 410,000 yen and up (includes fixed assumed overtime for 35 hours: 107,400 yen).
