Required Skills
- 3+ years experience designing and building cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Project management and upstream requirements definition experience
- Experience with container technologies and virtualization platforms
- Business Level Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or N2)

Job Description ■Responsibilities■ 【Cloud Adoption Planning Support】 Support cloud adoption planning during the initial phases, including system architecture reviews, security policy formulation, operational model design, and migration planning. 【Cloud Integration】 Execute end-to-end integration tasks necessary for leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP, ranging from basic design to system construction (including servers and networks) and monitoring configuration. 【Cloud Migration】 Support system migrations from on-premises to cloud environments by resolving challenges related to infrastructure changes, migration methodologies, and architectural/operational execution. 【Tech Lead】 Serve as a cloud technology tech lead, driving solutions for cloud project challenges across the entire department rather than being limited to specific projects. ■Project Examples■ ・Cloud design and cloud engineering technical support utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. ・Full-stack engineering technical support leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, etc. ・Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technical support using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Jenkins, etc. ・Virtualization alongside Windows/Linux server design, construction, and maintenance management technical support. ・Lift-and-shift technical support for migrating from on-premises environments to the cloud (AWS/Azure), and more. ■Department / Assignment ・Project assignments are determined by taking both your career preferences and skill sets into consideration. You will work in teams of approximately 3 to 10 members per project. ・Project durations are long-term, lasting a minimum of 6 months to over a year.
